    1. Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan.
    2. Cook over medium heat until it starts to boil.
    3. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Reduce heat and continue simmering, stirring often.
    4. Use right away or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

    For a spicier keto BBQ sauce add 2-3 tablespoons of dried chili peppers and reduce the balsamic vinegar to 3 tablespoons.

    For a sweeter keto BBQ sauce, reduce the balsamic to 2 tablespoons and add 2-3 tablespoons granulated sweetener like Lakanto.

    • 1 (6-oz.) can tomato sauce
    • 4 oz. filtered water
    • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 2 tablespoon coconut aminos
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • ½ teaspoon paprika

    Instructions

      1. Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan.
