INGREDIENTS IN KETO PORK CHOPS
Pork Chops - You can use bone in or boneless pork chops with this recipe.
Rosemary - Use fresh if you have it, but dried works too. Rosemary is lovely with pork and poultry too. I always have some on hand.
Salt - Add the amount called for in the marinade recipe, and then season to taste before eating.
Pepper - Where there is salt there is pepper. Here it adds just the right amount of spice.
Olive Oil - for best flavor, use your best extra virgin olive oil. You could also use avocado oil for a dose of healthy fat.
Lemon Juice - This adds acidity to the pork and also acts as a meat tenderizer.

This keto pork chop recipe is delicious on the grill, but if you’d rather cook your pork chops in the oven you definitely can.
Bake marinated pork chops 375F for 14-16 minutes for pork chops ½-1-inch thick.
Easy-peasy.

TIPS FOR COOKING PORK
For Safety, the USDA recommends cooking pork to an internal temperature of 145°F, followed by at least a 3 minute rest. The resting time will add a few more degrees of temperature, but also allow the juices inside the meat to redistribute.
Grilling Pork chops at High heat keeps them from drying out, as the heat from the grill sears the outside of the meat, holding the juices in.
Choose bone-in pork chops when you can. Keeping the bone in keeps your meat juicer and more flavorful.
