WHY YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE THIS EASY TUSCAN CHICKEN RECIPE
- Quick and Easy 30 Minute Dinner - This Tuscan Chicken Recipe uses minimal ingredients (most of which you already have in your pantry) and can be thrown together in just 30 minutes.
- What is Tuscan Chicken? - Tuscan Chicken has gained popularity over the years after Olive Garden created their signature Tuscan Garlic Chicken. And home cooks have been replicating it ever since. The original recipe calls for strips of bell peppers, but we've swapped that out for sundried tomatoes because of their bright and acidic taste (which was needed in such a savory dish).
- Low-Carb Friendly - This dish is naturally low-carb friendly and is a great source of protein. If you want to continue to keep this dish low-carb, this chicken can be enjoyed on its own, over cauliflower rice, or with steamed vegetables.
- Great Way to Spice Up Chicken - Chicken breasts need a little help to avoid becoming dry and bland. This Tuscan Chicken Recipe really allows the chicken to shine and stay tender because of the velvety sauce.
- Can Be Served Many Different Way - The traditional Olive Garden Tuscan Garlic Chicken is served over fettucine pasta, but you can serve this recipe with whatever sounds good to you. It would be great with rice, fresh bread, or steamed vegetables, like steamed Brussels sprouts.

INGREDIENTS IN EASY TUSCAN CHICKEN
Chicken Breasts - Chicken breasts really soak up the creamy sauce and stay tender, making it the perfect choice for this recipe. Just make sure the chicken is boneless and skinless.
Minced Garlic - You can't make Italian (inspired) foods without garlic, right? Mincing the garlic will help the flavor distribute evenly in the dish.
Italian Dried Herbs - This recipe uses thyme, oregano, and red pepper flakes to bring beautiful herbaceous flavor.
Chicken Broth - Chicken broth brings another source of chicken flavor to the dish, and also helps to thin out the consistency of the sauce.
Heavy Cream - Heavy cream is used in this recipe, but if you are looking for a dairy-free alternative, coconut cream is a great substitute.
Sundried Tomatoes - Every savory dish needs an element of brightness. And sundried tomatoes do just that.
Grated Parmesan Cheese - Parmesan cheese has a nutty and sharp flavor, adding wonderful complexity to the sauce. If you're looking for a dairy-free option, nutritional yeast has a cheesy flavor that can be a great substitution.
Spinach - The spinach will wilt as it is mixed into the sauce. Feel free to add more if you'd like.
Salt and Pepper - As always, salt and pepper to taste.
