    How to make a pineapple salad

    Step 1: For the dressing, add olive oil, honey, vinegar, lime juice, and salt to a small mixing bowl.

    If I don't like cilantro what else can I use?

    If cilantro is not your cup of tea, try adding chopped arugula. The slight peppery taste will compliment the sweetness of the fruit.

    What other fruit would work in this pineapple salad?

    If you don't have any strawberries, try adding blueberries or sliced grapes. Cubes of Avocado (yes it's a fruit), also works well.

    What can I add to make this a spicy pineapple salad?

    Sprinkle in some red chili flakes or cayenne pepper. You could also add some dashes of your favorite hot sauce when mixing the dressing.

    Fridge: Store this salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

    Freezer: We do not recommend freezing. The texture will not be maintained when it is defrosted.

    For The Dressing

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
