Ingredients in Keto Pancake Syrup
Water – This is the main ingredient.
Powdered Sugar-Free Sweetener – We like to use Swerve or Lakanto. I recommend using a powdered sweetener because it dissolves quicker. You can use a granulated sweetener, but it may take longer to dissolve.
Xanthan Gum – Thickens the keto pancake syrup and helps with texture.
Maple Extract – Provides flavor and a little color.
Vanilla Extract – Vanilla adds balance and warmth to the maple flavoring.
I haven't tried this keto pancake syrup with stevia drops yet. When I do, I'll update the post. If you have any questions, please leave a comment below and I will get back to you.

How to Store Keto Pancake Syrup
I like to keep my keto pancake syrup in a glass jar in the fridge. It should last this way for up to 2 weeks. Before serving you can warm it up a bit to get it back to pouring consistency.
You may find that they syrup crystalizes in the fridge. This is normal, and it will go away once you re-warm the low-carb pancake syrup.
Other Ways to Use Keto Pancake Syrup
Aside from topping your keto pancakes, this keto pancake syrup can also be used in your Keto or Low-Carb baking.
I use maple flavored syrup as a sweetener in several of my recipes, including my Keto Chocolate Muffins.
Keto Pancake Syrup would also be lovely drizzled into a smoothie or added to coffee.

Keto Pancake Syrup Flavors
You can make different flavors of Keto Pancake Syrup. We’ve made pumpkin spice keto pancake syrup, peppermint keto pancake syrup, and raspberry pancake syrup.
Any flavor extract will work here. Simply swap out the maple extract with the desired extract flavor. You can experiment with cinnamon and other flavors as well.
Not a syrup, but we love enjoying keto cranberry sauce on pancakes as well.

How to Make Powdered Sweetener
If all you have is a granulated sweetener, you can make it into a powdered sweetener by using your blender.
Make sure that your blender is dry, and pulse the granulated sweetener until it’s the powdered consistence that you want. Wait a minute before opening the blender to let the powder settle.
