A simple recipe for keto chicken fajitas that's flavorful & filling!

INGREDIENTS

chicken breast  lime juice  olive oil  garlic cloves cumin powder red chili powder  salt  bell peppers  onions

MARINATE CHICKEN

Add the chicken, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt & chili powder to a large mixing bowl & mix well. Marinate for 30 mins.

COOK CHICKEN

Heat a large pan on medium-high heat until smoking hot. Add the remaining olive oil to the pan. Add the chicken & cook.

TRANSFER

Transfer keto chicken fajita meat to a plate.

COOK VEGETABLES

Add the onions & peppers to the hot pan. Cook until tender.

SERVE

Serve with cauliflower rice, keto tortillas & your favorite fajita toppings!
