Banana Juice is a light and refreshing breakfast or snack drink that is loved by both adults and kids alike. It has a creamy texture and is perfectly sweet, without any added sugar.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas peeled and sliced
  • ½ apple peeled, cored and chopped
  • 12 oz. cups milk of choice

Instructions

  • Place sliced banana, chopped apple, and milk in a blender jar.
  • Blend until no chunks or pieces remain.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen bananas don’t work, unless you like the consistency to be more like a smoothie.
  • You can use any variety of apple, but we really like using granny smiths in this banana juice recipe.
  • You can use your milk or dairy-free milk of choice.
  • This juice should be consumed immediately as the color and texture may change as it sits.
  • This Banana Juice should be made in a blender instead of a juicer, as bananas can clog up a juicer.
  • Optional Add-ins: Bananas pair well with practically any other fruit. A few ideas to add are fresh mango, strawberries, blueberries, and peaches. It would also be yummy with some fresh mint leaves for added freshness or with carrots for additional nutrients.
