In a small bowl, add eggs, cream, salt, pepper & red pepper flakes.

Whisk together to combine.

Set a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the sausage until no longer pink.

Add the onion & bell pepper to the pan with the sausage. Sauté until softened.

Spread the cooked mixture in a prepared baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over it.

Sprinkle the top of the eggs with shredded cheese.
