An easy, low carb, tender keto pumpkin mug cake that is ready in less than  5 mins!

Ingredients

–  coconut flour –  pumpkin spice –  baking soda –  egg –  pumpkin puree

 In a medium mixing bowl, whisk  dry ingredients together.

ADD DRY INGREDIENTS

Add in the wet ingredients.

ADD WET INGRIDIENTS

Mix until combined and evenly incorporated.

MIX

Divide batter between two small mugs, or two 6 oz. ramekins. Microwave for 1 min.
