Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium avocados
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • lime juice from one large lime about 3 tablespoons
  • salt to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocados open, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add in the diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt
    (optional)
  • Mix to combined.
  • Serve right away or chill until you're ready to serve.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.

Notes

  • Under ripe avocados can be bitter. Make sure to use ripe avocados.
  • You can use bottled lime juice, but fresh lime juice tastes better.
